Hello Everyone,

Well, we've come out with a definite date. November 2-4 (Friday to Sunday)

Itenerary:

The event will take place in San Simeon, California (Starting Point of Coast Run)

Please note that : This event will be from Friday to Sunday. But, for those of you who only want to join us for the drive up the Coast you are welcome to join us and head home after.

The price for the weekend will be $99 (for Friday night and Saturday nights stay, check out on Sunday)
Please call and make your hotel reservations and please mention "SOCIETY OF 7's BMW" to get the special rate.

This are the driving distances to Courtesy Inn

Driving distance to San Simeon from major cities:

San Diego to San Simeon - 360 miles (6 hours)

Los Angeles to San Simeon - 245 miles (4 hours)

San Francisco to San Simeon - 240 miles (4 hours)

Sacramento to San Simeon - 300 miles (5 hours)

Redding to San Simeon - 440 miles (7 hours)

Reno, NV to San Simeon - 440 miles (7 hours)

Las Vegas, NV to San Simeon - 435 miles (7 hours)

(The rest of you should be able to figure out how far you are from your starting point)


Here's our itenerary:

FRIDAY:
- Arrive Friday and check into hotel.
(if possible meet at the Indoor Pool area)
Some people might be checking in late like me...LOL.

SATURDAY:

- Start lining up cars at 8:00AM.
- Driver's Meeting at 8:30AM
- Depart hotel at 9:00AM
- Stop at Gorda for photo shoot
- Lunch at Big Sur River Inn at 11:30AM (Site: http://bigsurriverinn.com/)
- Depart Big Sur River Inn at 1:30PM
- Stop at "Cop Rock" for photo shoot
- Hopefully arrive at Courtesy Inn by 5PM.
(Dinner on your own)

SUNDAY:

Breakfast at Morro Bay at 10:00 a.m.
(Departing early to allow people to explore the area before heading safely home)

Right after SEMA, I advise to reschedule. Week after is VIP Fest in SD. Two bad weekends. Jus' sayin'.

Super! I am trying to break free and join up. If I do, it won't be until Saturday AM..son has a football game in Ventura Friday night.

I know a place, but it'll be about 3 hours south from where we are (San Simeon).

Michael Sunday morning we are just going to have breakfast and head back home. The actual run is on Saturday and lunch at the River Inn. Just wondering if we can merge your GTG with yours next year. It's a nice central area for north and south of CA. Just my $0.02.

I hope guys can make the Saturday cruise to The River Inn or at least meet us there for a photo op.

Sounds like an opportunity waiting to happen ;) Well, maybe not right now, with the bad weather and all :(

Bill and Tina are confirmed
Dalon and Tori are still undecided but, his car is up and running nice after the chain guide fixed. CDennygo from Santa Barbara is coming up also. As far as I know. And of course Quentin and company will be there a day early. They are planning on moving up north.

Hotel will not tell me how many people reserve rooms. But I made a reservation for 10 to 15 people for lunch at the River Inn. Weather permits manager says he will seat all of us outside. It should be nice. Looking forward to eating dinner at The Hitching Post on way to San Simeon.

No worries. We have meets through out the year. Start preparing for next years run. Pictures are being compiled, it will be posted ASAP.
