I would start by "Rebuilding" your question. We need more info.

Cooling system overhaul, suspension overhaul, overlooked, but make sure tires are good. But definatly post more info about car, how many miles, what you have done to the car, etc...

shes all stock besides rims. i put 18s on her for now 5 spoke, she has 135k original miles on the body and honestly i just bought her a few weeks ago. im looking for performance first and looks second. im trying to figure how to boost her HP without blowing more than 2g on that alone. ive already ordered new rims and a body kit. i just dont know much about engines on Beamers yet. She'll be my first BMW rebuild.

Get her up in the air and inspect trailing arm bushings, control arm bushings, and ball joints.

As suggested, if you don't have records on the cooling system being worked on, go ahead and replace the parts. It will leave you stranded if you ignore this.

The cooling system should just be what a weekend job right??
and that rebuild on the e36 was clean! love it in white. ill be sure to post pics of my beamer for tomorro. just trying to find the right parts to order starting with either a body kit, or just a different bumper lip.

and as for the trailing arm bushing and all that, any specific brand i should aim for?
