Exhaust Leak?

So I just finished putting my car together after replacing the torque converter, guibo, csb, and various other things. I just put the exhaust in today and started it up for the first time, it seems to run fine, but there is a ticking noise coming from the drivers side under the car, I'm assuming exhaust leak since that's what I just installed, but I tried tightening the flanges where it connects, and it doesn't seem to make a difference... It has been sitting for a few weeks. Any ideas?

Never mind, must of been a sticky lifter or something, it went away after running the car for ~10min...

I always replace those crushed wire header outlet flange gaskets.

They are like 8 bux ea.

Worth it me thinks.
