I noticed the water persure on my window washers was quite bad so I took the airvent(grill) out of the bonnet to investigate.. The plastic pipes attached to the washers has become brittle and broke away..
Has anyone else had this problem and how difficult was it to repair and how did you repair it? Just having a quick look and it seemed like it wasn't going to be easy..
Any help would be appreciated..

It's an easy repair, I found that in addition to removing the grille, I also removed the under hood sound blanket and air inlet boxes. in lieu of purchasing OE tubing, I used 1/4 inch pneumatic control tubing I had in stock. You might try an auto parts house, they sell hard plastic vacuum lines. Run the pump prior to installing the lines to insure there's no debris in the lines coming up from the supply tank.

I just ordered all of the hoses, pipes, and fittings to rebuild the entire washer system in my car as the plastic has become brittle and is cracking everywhere causing major pressure loss. The main section which includes all of the piping and hose in the bonnet was only about $28 US. To me it seemed like a small price to pay to know that it's all brand new and proper.

I dont suppose you'd have the parts numbers for those by any chance?
