FS: HK amp, front and rear speakerS

Hey everyone.
As title states, pulled the factory amp out of my 98 328is today while replacing the front and rear speakers.

So I have the amp, great condition rear speakers and tweeters without housing, and the front kickpanel speakers.

Prices are as follows(prices include shipping): Feel free to PM me an offer if you think the prices are not fair!
Amp: 75
Rear 6x9 speakers:40
Rear tweeters:30
Front 5.25 kick panel speakers: 40
Or 110 shipped for the lot

this is all HK stuff? is it plug and play with the standard wiring? I've got a stock E36M3 system.

These are all standard HK parts. I have heard that you can install them with a standard stereo as an upgrade, but they will sound better with the HK amp.
