Just got a oil changed at the BMW dealer car in with 10k now it it says next service in 25k do they just add the 15k every-time?

No, it is condition based, set by the computer. It auto adjusts as you drive.

Let me get this strait this means 25k depending on my driving also this means my previous engine oil was not abused is that right thanks for any info.

avg miles on oil change is 10-16k miles.
