It's got 37k on it. It'll be a great daily driver, but you know me...

What do you guys think?

It's this color and body style:

Half of the car was repainted and the paint is still good, but all of the horizontal parts need to be repainted. I was thinking a 2-tone paint job like:

What motor is in the Caprices? If it's the LT1, then you have all kinds of options, all alot cheaper and easier then comparable bimmer options.

I really like that 2-tone paint job in the second pic. Not sure about the shaved doors, but hey not my car... That and the wheels from that poor purple/green thing and your done. Or maybe get some impala wheels..

Were you guys around when that Impala was autoXing with the BMWCCA? I saw him a few times. He had all kinds of engine work done, and he could really drive the hell out of that thing. I talked to him a little bit and he was telling me that he had to take the super-charger off the car because it was just too much... Craziness...

black and white paint, dog dish wheels, a siren and a light, a steel divider between the front and back seats, a big spotlight by the driver's side mirror, blues borthers style push bumper...

drive around picking up 'perps ....

That engine is begging for something nasty.. Do a cam, some headers, get some magna flows... Throw some Mickey Ts on the back and have fun! Then after awhile get a big ass blower, twin-screw, then have the big mail box sticking up outside the hood! Then you have to paint it orange and yell yeeee-hhaaaahhhh! all the time...

Or you could just go Linginfelter (sp?)...

Oh, for the interior, you should do 4 racing buckets, all with 4-points of course. Corbeaus or Sparcos if you get the budget...

There's this 60-ish year old guy up in Frederick who drives a woody Caprice wagon with a bigger engine in it (373, I think?). It has chrome Mustang Bullit-type wheels (they have a name but I forget) and it's dropped a lot. It's hilarious because this old guy goes up to 'the strip' and beats up on all the ricers. He's a really nice guy though, reminds me of my grandpa. :D

The only place I really like chrome wheels though is on older cars like that, they just seem to fit.

It's going to be satin black with full moons for the wheels. I'm also going to try to put my vaders in it for seats. :evil2

But what about seats in the M3? You'll soon find out. :D
