2006 E90 330I power steering reservoir???

Am I crazy, cause I can't find it. Whining coming from power steering, and I want to check level first, but I can't see the damn thing anywhere. I know its not in the same as a 328 cause I just looked at my friends, his is obvious. Is mine hidden away because of the three stage intake on the 330? Help please. pics would be the best, but I'll take what I can get.

It has a green circle sticker on top of it and the canister is black. Top right, if you are looking at the engine bay.

How does one open to check the level, I have notice a whine in the last few days but don't see any leakage on ground.

There is a stick attached to the cap with an indicator on it to tell the depth of the fluid in the reservoir.
