Looked but haven't found the connector pin schematic. But my problem is other day (dry) wipers didn't work. Haven't since. Checked all fuses I could find (haven't checked relays or under box) and were good. The washer works intermittent. Could this indicate a switch problem over the relays or wiring under?? I was looking for the pinout for the connector so I could jump it to bypass switch to test. Thx in advance.
BTW. This is a 95 E38.
Here is the diagram:

So to turn on normal wipe speed you would connect pins 2 & 7 on this connector:

The relays are annoyingly located under the DMEs in the E-box.

Look in the e-box and see if water has gotten in there. Common issue and a good place to start. Mine had a couple of inches of water in there and the relays were corroded to death. I got a junk yard to cut out a piece of harness and send it to me.

Ok so.... I checked the switch & nothing. Then I checked under the hood as BMWBOB said and voila!! 3 wires off. :( lol. But at least I found the issue. So anyways I dunno where they go. Hope you could help. On the relay nearest the engine I believe 2 came off. One is a brown & white skinny wire & the other is red with a greenish stripe. On the other relay next to it (middle) it is a thicker red with white stripe. I believe I see where it goes but if someone could clarify so I don't F it up. I'd appreciate it!
Oh. Found one more. It's a brown with white stripe. Think it goes to the one in the middle??? Anyways any help is appreciated.
Sorry. I meant brown with a blue stripe
The red/blue wire connects the 2 relays together - pin 6 on both (terminal 87 on the one closer to the engine, terminal 30 on the middle one).
The brown/blue goes to pin 4 (terminal 85) on the one closer to the engine.
Here is a diagram of which pin is which on the relay plug: http://wds.spaghetticoder.org/en/zinfo/SX293A.htm
I can't find a reference to a brown/white skinny wire.
Hope this is of some help.

Yes. So far. Ok. But what about the thick red / white? The red/blue is still connecting both relays together. As far as the skinny brown/white. If I get the other three it's the only one left so it's gotta go in last position. Lol.
85 & 87 on the middle relay are missing. 86 is now missing on the closest to the engine.
The thick red/white is hot. So is the skinny red/green
Starting on the nearest the engine relay. I have red/blue in pos 6 (30) then black/green in pos 5 (87a) black/brown pos 2 (87)
On the 2nd relay. I have red/blue pos 6 (30) solid brown pos 5 (87a) red/green pos 8 (86)
What I have left is brown/wht. Red/green. Red/white thick. Brown/blue.
The red/green. & red/white are constant hot
