E46 Non-M wheel offset and tire width question

I am looking at a non-staggered set of 19x8.5 CSL replicas. What should be the correct offset for a E46 330i Sedan and what would be the proper "non-stretched" tire size? Totally new to the non-M e46s :) Thank you!
