I am selling my ZEX nitrous kit for sale that is in EXCELLENT shape. Asking $500 shipped NEW PRICE!!! $400 shipped. It is a complete WET kit, and it is complete (less the activation switch) as it was from ZEX and works perfectly. I ran it on my e36 for the last 8 months or so. Pics available if you're interested, but it's like every other ZEX kit out there. The 10lb bottle is still more than half full.

Although the part number on the box is 82235 for LSx motors, I have been using this on my 1998 328i flawlessly, so I know it can be fitted to other vehicles. AFAIK, the part number only specifies that it is activated via the TPS switch. Since most of our bimmers are TPS vehicles that provide a WOT signal at 5 volts, it can be run on our cars as well. I've run this kit on my e36 for the last 8 months and its been a safe/reliable setup.

I am selling because I am now going turbo, and will not be using nitrous and boost together.

KIT INCLUDES:
55 HP Jets
Bottle & Bottle Brackets and Mounting hardware
Half full bottle of N20 (if you're local or pickup - I don't think it's legal to ship a filled bottle on Nitrous Oxide but we can look into details).
All 3 lines - main line, fuel line, and N20 line.
Wet Fogger Nozzle
Zex (brain) box
Section of wiring with fuses, etc.

EXTRAS:
ZEX purge solenoid and a couple hard lines
Also have an extra nozzle from NOS

YOU WILL NEED:
Only an activation swith ($8 at any parts store)

Fellow member Formula E ran an EXTREMELY similar setup on his car. He had his dialed into 279hp/305tq at only 80 shot. Mine is only at 55hp shots, and it pulls STRONG. The hit is noticeable - and you can EASILY re-jet this for more power.

Will also take interesting trades. I have an e28 that I'd like to boost as well, so an M30 manifold/extras would be awesome. The e36 doesn't need too much, but still... let me know what you've got.

I've already pulled most of it out. Only the main line is still run on the car, and I'll be pulling that out this week some time.

Do you need a MLS gasket for nitrous? What kind of tuning is required

No MLS needed, especially at lower horsepower shots like this one. If you wanted to go big, lets say 100-150hp shot, I'd definitely run an MLS and studs, as you would with any forced induction.

Tuning is handled by changing the fuel or nitrous jets themselves. No tuning is required at your DME. This kit is bolt-on, ready to go even on a bone stock car. I cannot recall the size jets I've got in it, but I'm a bit higher on the fuel side, just to be safe from a lean condition. Being a wet kit, you avoid any lean condition at the initial hit by supplying fuel with the nitrous.

I love Nitrous on my 95 M3 I ran it for over 4 years, a 65 shot made 289whp-300wtq. Most people would get upset because it was running better times at the drag strip then most turbo cars. (12.73 @ 112) Goodluck on the sale, people don't be afraid to run nitrous , as long as its set up correctly it's amazing. I put over 35 bottles through my motor and it has 165,000 miles on it now still running strong.

I had a hose made that hooks up to the schrader valve on the front of your fuel rail. Install is SUPER easy. Remove schrader cap, thread in hose (literally 10 seconds), and run the fuel hose over to your solenoid box. Now you have a pressure-regulated fuel supply that does not dip when you hit the spray. :)

I didn't take any pics of my install.

Apparently the buyer had a family issue that takes over car toys, so this is back up for sale.

I'll take $400 shipped. I'm sick of looking at it, I have other things to do and could use the $$.

Hey, sorry I neglected to update the thread. The kit sold locally to a dude who installed it on his whipple-charged Cobra.
