I am debating whether or not to paint and powdercoat my stock wheels. Some times it is ok and other times the wheels integrity gets compromised by doing this because of the heat. I don't know much about these wheels, forged or not, how heavy they are etc but they have a ton of good rubber left and aren't too big or small. Here they are

I think if you have OEM wheels, the heat will not damage them. I would think the heat would only damage the finish, not the metal in the wheel. I am not saying that you should powder coat the wheels, personally I would leave them. They look good.
If you wanted to powder coat them however, im sure it would come out just fine.

Powder coating as stated before come standard from some manufacturers nowadays. Also stop and talk with whoever you are planning to have powder coat for you, they usually will answer any questions you may have.
