I really hate to do this but i'm going to put the e46 up for sale. I have an e36 coupe, e46 coupe and a work vehicle so its time to sell one of coupes. I bought her in december 2009 from a local nissan dealership. Since then I have replaced:

controls arms (meyle)
tie rods (Meyle)
fuel filter
rear trailing arm bushings (UUC)
rear shock mounts (Ground control)
guibo (lemforder)
545 shifter
front and rear brembo blanks
front hawk pads
rear pads
clutch delay valve delete
redline transmission fluid & differential fluid
replaced voltage regulator on alternator
replaced power steering pump with new stronger LF-30 pump and high pressure hose
treehouse racing front control bushings
black kidneys

The bad:

front and rear interior pillars need to be re-covered
front control arms are starting to make noise again
resistor for ac/heat will need to be replaced eventually (both ac/heat work but fan does not adjust accordingly)
chrome trim needs to be re-covered
valve cover gasket is starting to leak

Parts to be installed:
CEL for cam position sensor (bank 1)
intake boot
crankcase ventilation valve

Mileage: 122,000
Asking Price: $9900 obo

:confused $9900 ??

Good luck with that!

I bought the same exact car with a little more mileage with the premium package, gps, and H/K sound system for $4500 -and that was based off KBB value. It even came with a full set of Winter tires.

Wow - how buried in it are you? $5k is a stretch - there are 02 and 03 325i cars on CL for $5k.
