Today we had an AWESOME time down at Turner Field with about 40 MINIs screaming around the lot. :cool:

Very nice.. What size wheel / tires are you using?

I'm running a Cooper on S-heavies, which kicks me out of H-Stock, and slows me down. :rolleyes:

To add to that, I'm on stock Pirelli euforias, which don't grip so nicely, and are really heavy as well. :(

I'll be getting new tires on the s-heavies soon which alone will make a huge difference, and then by the end of this summer I'm hoping to get some 15x6.5 wheels that weigh in at 12.25 pounds each (about half as much as my current wheels... I'll be dropping about 50 pounds of unsprung weight :eek: ) and get some 215/50 Falken Azenis Sports and run in STS. I'm also planning on getting shocks/springs and a swaybar by then. :cool:

isnt that brg mini with the rotas a project car for a magazine? if it is... then do you know which mag it is?

I don't know of it being the project car for a magazine, but it may be. :dunno

The owner does a lot of installation of parts for people in the area and he is very knowledgeable about the cars though... I'll ask him next time I see him at an event.
