Do you think the Base Mini Cooper needs to be lowered after you put 17" wheels on it? Does it still look ok without lowering or does it look like a monster truck?

I wouldn't imagine it needs to be lowered. Definetly not for any gain in handling, a lot of them have 17's so I wouldn't worry about monster truck looks.
