Was curious about this and havent seen it mentioned or asked about anywhere. Can you? I figure the upper window rubber may need to be changed but i dont see why not aside from this. Would it need mods? Thanks again for the thoughts.

you'll never find the bullet proof glass to do it.
now if you mean dual pane insulated or break resistant...

They definitely have a more powerful motor to raise and lower the window. I'm certain the bulletproof glass weighs substantially more than the factory stuff.

With out mods, you will have to buy entire door with everything already installed and wired in.
But you will have to mod door hinges to handle extra weight.

At the end of the day its pointless and a big waste of money.

If only they went up and down. :D

Save your money for maintenance.

Haha i was simply curious and yeah my thought was based upon buying entire.doors with the bullet proof package off a cheap e38 for sale and simply switching them on. Good point door hinges would need reinforcing though. I wont do it anytime soon anyways just an idea. Thanks for the answers

No offense, but I find hard to believe someone is parting a Protection.

If they are, the glass will probably have done it's job already and need to be replaced anyway.
