Hey guys I recently went to my BMW dealership for scheduled maintenance of my 2010 335XI Coupe. I currently have the Star-spoke 199 in Black
Cast alloy wheel, 19-inch size. With 8J x 19 225/35 R19 Y front, 9J x 19 255/30 R19 Y rear. RSC complete wheel set with runflat tyres (Bridgestone).

Anyways I have the extended warranty insurance for both the Wheels and low profile Tires.

Long story short they told me they were going to replace 3 of my Wheels under the warranty either due to warping, bending, cracking etc.

However. I was told that 3 of my Low profile Bridgestone tires were not covered under the warranty due to the fact that they're tearing away from the wheels because of "unnecessary Acceleration and Hard Braking" and would have to charge me in total around $2K to replace.......

I think they're just trying to screw me over. I definitely do accelerate and brake hard since its a twin turbo 335xi.

Can Anyone help me out with some thoughts/opinions/comments?????????

Thanks for reading/responding.

When was the last time you got an alignment done? And right, abnormal tire wear is not covered, only defects or road hazard with the extended warranty.

And do not get your tires from the dealer, they are much cheaper from the tirerack or other tire discount stores.

Runflats are still expensive lol. I work at a shop and my cost on two Bridgestone rfts was $270 a tire.
