Are these tires any good for stretching tires? Do they have strong sidewalls? Are they better than Federal SS595?

The Dunlop Sport Maxx GT's are rated very well on Tire Rack...

There is no tire that is GOOD for stretching. The tire companies make recommendations for the size wheels the tires will fit for a reason. The Dunlop tire is a Maximum Performance tire so the sidewall is stiff.
