Mini Me 1951

Recently I purchased a 2007 mini cooper s that was in a flood. almost everything works with the exception of the following:
AC, blower motor, key fob lock and unlock, L. turn signal, back up lights, aux phone, sun roof and possibly the super charger.
I have isolated the compressor clutch and found it had an open circuit. Also I did the same to the blower motor and it works. Climate control appears to be working ie changes display when temp or fan speed engaged. I do not notice any change when increasing speed to test the super charger. Found cable to sunroof is missing and need to find a source other than dealer if possible. Check engine light is on but have determined that high performance exhaust without cat. converter can cause this. Reading threads I found an extension tube on sensor may eliminate this after clearing codes. Additionally I found the computer can program various things to be enhanced. I do not know how to determine what series I have and would like to know where to find this information.
Sorry to overload my initial comments but I live in AZ and at 105 deg. I am desperate to fond a solution to AC issues.
Correction on year it is a 2007.
