CO WTB Clean E30 or E36 sedan

Need a new old car for a daily driver...

Really perfer a sedan. 325, 328 or M3...

Needs to be pretty clean body wise, thinking under 150k miles...

Have around $4000 to spend (5000 plus for an M3).
