biggest tires on 19inch rims for 325is

i know most people run 235/35/19 (i think) but i wanna know if i can have a little more rubber on the rim, so that i can fill in some more of the fender gap in the front without changing any of my suspension parts

i wanna know if anyone has ever tried it and if it will rub, and how much it will affect my speedometer
