Check engine light/limp mode

THe yellow check engine light came on so I looked under the hood finding one of the turbo hoses about to fall off. Cleaned the rubber insert and tube and tightened hose clamp. Second time this has happened except the engine light didn't come on the first time. Limp mode is obviously on and the turbo doesn't seem to be working. Took to Bavarian MS and no codes pulled up. Anyone have a suggestion as to my issue please.

If it's truly in Limp Mode, there will be faults present.
You used a Bavarian Technic scanner?

I'm not sure what kind of scanner but they said they didn't find a code, but needed to get newer software for something.

Turns out my waste gate is vacuum actuated and the hoses run to a boost box at the back of the engine above the starter....hard to get to but now my car runs great....I hope this helps someone else in need.
