different seize wheels on xi models

Im looking to put new wheels on my 325xi and have found a ncie used set. the problem is they are 8.5 up front and 9.5 in the rear as far as i know. will this throw anything off seeing as the car is awd?

The important thing for AWD is the overall diameter/Rolling circumference not the wheel width. So what size are the wheel/tire sizes?
Wheel width only affects fitment.
