Have 2011 335 with continental pro contact SSR RFTs and I have 26k on the car. Can I go 30k on them and what should I get next. I know non RFTs are better ride, but I like to stick w RFTs because I'm on the go all the time??

This question is best addressed in the Tire/Wheel Forum under General BMW Topics. I have read many reviews on the tires you describe and they are generally not favorable.

If you like run-flats and you feel safer with then them, then keep them on your car. Its really as simple as that. A lot of people feel the same way as you do that is why they are offered.
I personally hate the harsh and loud ride the run-flats give, so I do know that I will be removing them for non run-flats once my tires are worn out.

Third generation runflats getting great reviews (Roundle Mag - Tire Rack) - no tramlining - nice and grippy - no slapping. I have them and am happy.

That is such a subjective question that it is completely irrelevant to ask it on a forum.
You can run them until they become dangerous or illegal to run.

I don't know if I would say its irrelevant, but I agree with your point. Sort of like asking "How long will this box of candy last?"
It depends upon the speed at which you eat it.
Same brand tire, same brand car, 2 different drivers ... often equals dramatically different results.

Sorry to be so to the point on something's as easy as tires, but closing on my new home in 30 days and I am at 26k on my continental SSR rfts, I really need to wait til after I close and dish out 18k. So I really need them to last til 30k. I do about 25k year mileage, so 4k not last long.
Did look at the potenza rfts and lol great thanks for advice
Look great***

Mileage on tires is wholly dependent on your driving style, speed, temperature, etc. They might last until 30k. They might not. We don't even know how much tread height you have left.
