honestly? :shifty . . I'd look for another car . . even from those few picture I can tell that this is a horrible base to start with . . especially if you have no experience with BMW's . .

that generation of 3 series (92-99) is the e36 body style. the engine is an M50B25 and looks like it has VANOS. aside from that it looks like a big project and i hope he didnt pay too much for it with all those cut wires. does it do anything when the key is turned on at all?

I found the harness it's for all the lights ,and a couple other things got all that ,...I got it all for the most part just playing with the tensioner to tighten the belt..Does the alt have a tensioner to ?

The harness isn't that bad to replace... just get a harness from the same year off ebay and splice them together with weathertight solder connections. After you splice its only 5-10 minutes plugging in everything (headlights/fogs/turn signals/aux fan/AC switch/washer bottle/horns/alarm etc.)

You WILL need a wiring diagram, different years used different color wires and some different connectors

Lol yes they loved the wire cutters , i ended up finding the harness in the trunk tucked under the back seat..Wired it back up ..Tossed the belt back on ..She started right up ,..Then i noticed the lines from the transmission were bent and half broken off ...At least it starts we picked it up for $200 with an extra carbon fiber hood :D

Part it out man. A car that was treated like that is going to be a money pit, make the most of it money-wise and buy a nicer one.

So Pic1 you figured out.

Pic2 is an auto tranny computer.

Pic3 is a DME. It says its a 413 DME but Ive never heard of a white label 413 DME. It should be Red label or Silver. Your car is a 92 so it should be a Non Vanos engine. Those engines used a Red label 402 DME. I'm wondering if that DME might be out of something like a 5 series of the same vintage. In anycase it doesn't look like that DME has anything to do with your car.

Pic4 is the A/C reciever/dryer. It will need to be replaced if you ever get the A/C working

Pic5 is a little hard to see but you said those wires go to the hood. Cars with heated washer jets will have the washer fluid tubing running to the jets but they will also have 2 green wires going to the jets that power the heaters

Pic6 you must have figured out or the car would not start. If that rubber elbow is cracked or damaged in any way it needs to be replaced or your car will never run/idle correctly.

What else do you need to know?

Put everything back together today , When the car is started and in park , it will magicly move backward's a foot then creep forward a foot , after a min or 2 it will do the same thing ...Any ideas what that could be ?

I hate those haunted transmissions, still welcome to the wonderful world of e36 maintinence. In the event you decide to keep and improve the car may the bimmer gods smile upon your restoration. However the more prudent route would be to part out the car and pick up a better example with a five speed :)
Either way you seem like you have a rough idea on how to turn a wrench, these cars are pretty straightforward to work on so you should be alright. Again, welcome and good luck!

Everything is fixed transmission , just needed some transmission fluid 3 jugs of it :D it now shifts good ..Bled the breaks it now stop nicely ...All in all it was a great buy total cost $360 for the car $100 for parts (new alt , rad , misc pieces and coolant )
