New E30 Bauer With a few Questions

Hi Guys
I have a few Bimmers but no nothing about the E30 so here I am asking a few questions to you great guys over here in the E30 section:D

A good friend of mine has just bought a White E30 Bauer Coupe with 187,000 km on the clock with 2 previous owners.
The car is the 325e model build date 10/1996 with the M20 motor Automatic box.
Vin 1880249
Its in great nick and just needs a bit of TLC.
We are going to do a full fluids replacement and I have a few questions please.
1/ What Automatic transmission fluid should we get for it?

2/ What Power steering Fluid should we get?
-----
3/ Whats the best Motor Oil to run in this beast?
-----
4/ Best brake fluid?
-----
5/ What diff oil to use?

I have done a full Coolant flush and replace with OEM Coolant, but now he wants to change the Water pump:eyecrazy.
I told him to replace it straight away as its never been done. We have also just changed the Fan Clutch also.
Sorry for all the questions its just so important to put the right stuff back into this car and keep another old Bimmer out on the road.:alright

Maybe you guys can give me your views on what oil you use in the M20 motor.

we dont have M20s bro, but I use full synthetic oil in all my cars
