Well this Wednesday i will finally receive my 2012 528XI equipped with the M Package, Cold Weather Package, Premium Package, Premium Sound Package, And of course Technology Package - I Have been waiting for 7 weeks for it to arrive and during these weeks i came to the conclusion i want to do two things to it once i get it - First is of course throw some tints on it lol and second is possibly upgrade the engine using a performance chip. I hear it upgrade the 528 horsepower to 310 and it gives me 300 pounds of torque - I also was told it gives you better gas mileage, my question is has anyone who owns a 2012 528 used a performance chip yet, is it safe for the engine to be upgraded to those levels and what is the best chip - thank you in advance for your input
