CL Find...looks meh

Found this while browsing CL. Its a e36 with e46 tails...interesting. I have never seen one with them. I wouldn't say it looks too bad, but it isn't for me.

there seems to be so much wrong in those pictures.... Missing front bumper trim, white side moldings and then black rear bumper moldings, stick to a color please. Then the M\\\ badge (and its not even in the correct spot) and the stock mirrors/sides/rear. The rims I feel would only "work" on a newer model BMW. Finally, we get to the taillights, or whats left of them...

There's nothing wrong with the look of stock clear or stock amber oem headlights probably because of the more boxy look. Like you said they look like e46 tails but that's ok for an e46, it has more smooth lines than the boxy looking e36 and therefore I feel those clash with the exterior.

Sorry for the rant but yah... meh find.

Imo from the angle of the pictures, those tails don't look half bad. But I would have to see a dead on view from the rear to really call it.

Funny thing is a week ago a friend of mine with an e46 upgraded to the LED tailights and while he was removing his stocks to install them, I was actually holding the led tails up to my car wondering how an e36 would look with e46 tails. :devillook

Looks way out of place. Especially in the first picture, it makes the whole rear end look saggy!
