E46 M3 18" OEM Fitment

Hi everyone,

I just found E46 18" M3 OEM wheels that are in great condition for $500 on craigslist. I currently have a stock 2003 325i Sedan with 16" wheels. I guess my question is if I were to purchase them what would need to be done to my car in order for these rims to fit? Also, would they effect the way my car drives or anything?

As far as tire fitting, they will fit has same Offset: 40mm
Backspacing: 6.06"
Bolt Pattern: 5-120
Rec. Tire Size:225/40-18

You must use original lug bolts.
As for the ride???? Could be the same but don't know!!!
