Transmission Removal Checklist?

I'm going to be replacing my 6-speed transmission and swapping a 3.15 differential into my 540i here very soon at my buddie's shop. Is there any thing that should be replaced while the transmission is out?

I'm thinking guibo, trans mounts, shift linkage bushings, and?.......

Anyone have part numbers for some of the bushings to replace for the shift linkage?

Last thing, is there any surprises like stretched bolts, etc. that need to be purchased before I start this DIY?

Rear main seal since the tranny is out depending on the mileage.
