My key on my 2009 e92 328i is not communicating with my car. I press the buttons on both keys I have and nothing happens. Help!!

Does the car start when you put it in the key slot? Do you have CA or not?

Battery is good.. I don't have CA.. And when I put the key in it turns on.

Keyfob probably needs charging then. Take it for a long drive and see if that helps.

I did that and still hasn't been programed where is the key fob located or is there a fuse or something

Your key is the "key fob". E9x's have also been known to have issues with door locks. Check the fuse for the power door locks as a first step.
