One is brigter than other??

Hi,

I have this weird problem after painting my car. Right side HID's (fog and low) are brighter than left side. I changed the bulbs still dimmer on the left side. If the ground was bad wouldn't just not work or blink?

Any thoughts on that?

You just answered your own question. Check your left side grounds. New paint is probably restricting electrons
