I got a DSC Malfunction on my 07 335i sedan today. Did some reading and I hope I can just clean a sensor with some soapy water.

2 days ago i got two new back tires for my stock BMW rims. I took 255/35 18s off and put on 255/40 18s on... the ride is significantly different but then again the tires were worn out when I got them. I haven't had an alignment yet.

I don't think that is the problem. Any suggestions?

I just got the car 2 months ago. I don't plan on upgrading springs just adding upper and lower bars. Should I get a camber kit for a stock suspension?

Any suggestions?

No doubt you have triggered the code from the tire size change. The DSC is seeing a lot less rotation from the rear tires than expected. You've altered your ride height by +1/2", so total tire diameter has increased by about an inch...this is too much variation from the tolerance built in to the DME. You will either need to get front tires to match or go back to stock size on the rear. I suggest the latter.
