help with part

Finally after lots of research and couple trips to the mechanic figured that my dct hydro pump/module needs to be replaced . Dealer quoted me around $650 for the unit and additional $600 for install and programing . My mechanic will replace part much cheaper ,but I still need to purchase darn unit.I can’t use module master because their turnover time is around 7 business days ,and I will need a car for work. I found some on used on ebay for $250-300 ,but part numbers differs from my original pump .mine is 3451-6778236-01 and seller guarantying that his 3451-6783294-01 will fit . Even if I go on Real OEM and pick my make and model I get 3rd different part number . I have 07’ 328i sedan last 4 win (pg53974).
Can someone shed some light on this .

That's a bit steep on the hydro module replacement. Got mine done right at $1k (under goodwill warranty) at the dealer.

whatever you do it will have to be programmed to your car, so a used one prob wont program.
