Finally got DIS v57 working but problem with INPA

After many attempts and formats it seems to be working. Apart from INPA.

When i select the engine "ME9.2 / MEV9 for N45 / N46" i get this

"GOUP FILE : D_MOTOR.
SYS-0012: IDENTIFICATION ERROR.
Program will be stopped"

Whats casuing this as my car is the N46?

The warining light that ive been worried about seems to be a the pre cat lamda so at least i now know. How do you clear the fault? Is it just "Quick Delete?" i didnt want to do anything without checking first.

Ok so quick delete does exactly that with errors so all clear now. Would still like to be able to use INPA though....anyone?

What version of INPA/EDIABAS are you running?

INPA appears to be 3.01, and EDIABAS is 6.4.3. Windows Vista SP2

Try updating to INPA v5.02/EDIABAS v6.4.7, you may find that the .GRP and .IPO files for your car were not available at the time of release of v3.01/EDIABAS v6.4.7. Also bear in mind that INPA does not cover every variant of every model, so if there was a limited run of your particular variant, you may have to stick with DIS.
