Took my new stock 2011 e90 zsp to a few dealers for alignment and noticed changes in ride quality and steering stiffness. At one dealer the ride and steering effort felt harder. At another dealership the ride felt much softer and the steering felt lighter. The Sachs damper is not adjustable, is it? I eliminated tire pressure, so what could be causing this? Am I imagining these changes?
