Here were the questions:

What is the BMW blue and white sign a symbol of?
What 8 letter word is the type of car the BMW 507 is?
BMW began with airplanes...What engine did BMW help pioneer?
What race did this BMW motorcycle win? (rally)
The German phrase ">>>>>BLAH BLAH BLAH...." means "the joy of driving"(something like that)...what phrase do we use in the United States?

The questions were something like that.

PRETTY COOL STUFF>:buttrock

BTW the guy that won...won a buttload of money. With 3 questions left he was in 3rd place with around $9k ...leader had 18k+...

3rd to last question he got daily double....2nd to last he got $1600 to put him in the lead by $100.....Final Jeopardy....I think he bet all his money...ended up with $38k for the day...and $83k for his 3 day total...

I have never seen that much money on Jeopardy.

Don: the blue and white is supposed to be an airplane propellor in the sky.

507 = roadster

BMW's first big airplane engine was one that doesn't lose efficiency due to altitude, so that's probably what they helped pioneer. Don't know the technical term though.

I would've guessed roadster for the 507, but it would've been just that, a guess. I was completely clueless about the motorcycle one. The others I knew.

What is the BMW blue and white sign a symbol of? - white propellers upon a blue sky

What 8 letter word is the type of car the BMW 507 is? - roadster

BMW began with airplanes...What engine did BMW help pioneer? - The BMW-801 from the Focke-Wulf 190 (I have a schematic of this engine hanging in my apartment)

What race did this BMW motorcycle win? (rally) - The most famous motorcycle rally that I know of is Isle of Man TT

The German phrase ">>>>>BLAH BLAH BLAH...." means "the joy of driving"(something like that)...what phrase do we use in the United States?

If this question is asking what I'm thinking it is, then they're referring to
"Fahrvergnugen", meaning "the joy of driving". However, this was a slogan that VW used back in the 80s, not BMW.

(You may have seen the T-shirts that refer to this as "far-from-pukin" with a small stick figure guy)

BTW, I'm a Jeopardy god :) Almost every night since I've been 8 I've watched Jeoparty (I'm 23 now).

Nope, the phrase is "Freude am Fahren". Fahrvergnugen means driving pleasure..

I hate watching Jeopardy with people like you, I'm relatively smart but when I watch with my best friend he can easily answer 9/10 right where as I'm 5/10, and he always beats me to it. Damn trivia

did the contestants get the questions right?

I had most of them down. I guessed i6 for the plane question, and I guessed The Dakar Rally for the bike question.

The other ones were easy.

I have never seen that much money on Jeopardy.

A guy by the name of Tom was on Jeopardy back in January, and he was on for eight days. His eight-day total was around $170k, so that's double what this guy had.

Some guy won a million dollars on the new Who Wants to be a Millionare variant show :P

But 170k on Jeopardy, that is awesome. Wow.
