I saw an old thread and it seemed that this place was a great place to order them: http://www.thepartsbin.com

I need 4 new pads, and I am pretty sure the rotors need replaced on them too since they were at 20 when the dealer measured them in 2010.

For the pads, I was going to order these Ceramics to upgrade from the OEM.
EBC Front Brake Pad Set - EBC Redstuff 3000 - Ceramic
2006 BMW 325i
EBC REDSTUFF BRAKE PADS, CERAMIC, 2-WHEEL SET"

What do you all recommend as far as brand and best value for both PADS and ROTORS?

I just got a set of the Akebono Euro front pads from www.placeforbrakes.com for $76.44 with free shipping.

I'm not sure about your fitment, but I had to make sure to get the AKE EUR918A. The regular EUR918 is for XDrive.

Hardly any dust and decent stopping power. It took about a week to get used to the different pedal feel from OEM.

Did you find them worse or better than OEM? What brand are the OEM brakes?
