Will an e28 coilover fit an e24? Also, what are my coilover options for an e24? There isnt too much info on this subject for some reason..

Ground Control is the only coilovers they make for e24 I believe. or that I've seen anyway.

This is what I'll be getting in the near future. Once I get a few bugs all sorted out.

Ireland engineering also makes a coilover kit for e24.

E28 suspension will work on any E24 built after mid-1982.

Reading the following links, the Ireland seems the way to go (Read Jon's Saga), but unless you are tracking, coilovers may be a bit of over kill:

I went with the ireland engineering set. Im still in the process of finishing my build for them as well. My six is the earlier model which apparently no one likes and the rep for ground control made this clear to me. Jeremy at ireland has been more than helpful and friendly in the process, the only time I was in contact with GC they refused to help me and borderline insulted me.
