Can you pin point the location of the noise? Is it coming from the cv joint or the wheel bearing?

It seems louder in front of the hub than behind it, so if I am guessing I'd say the bearings. I couldn't really pinpoint it though. Might be time to take it to the shop for the second time... :)

You might want to check your parking brake shoes, which are inside the rear hub. Does the noise change IF you were to pull up on the parking brake a slight amount, not enough to keep the wheel from turning, but enough to get the parking brake to engage more. Also, does the parking brake engage at all on this side?

Does it make a noise when you turn corners? This would indicate a worn CV. How many miles on the car?

You might try turning the wheel/rotor by hand on this side with the engine off, tranny in neutral, and see if it still make this sound, in both direction.
If it was a rear wheel bearing going bad, you would hear it ALL the time, not on each rev.
Just suggesting

You mean on the wheel side, right? Is the rotor retaining screw installed in the video? Is your parking brake functioning correctly? It really sounds like something in the parking brake assembly and not a bearing sound.

No noise on turns. I just had the thought I should have taken the rotor off while I had it up on stands... Oh well, more work. I am glad to hear you guys think it's probably the e brake though, that is somewhat of an inexpensive relief. :)

Yes, yes, yes. :)

When I drive with the ebrake pulled it goes "click click click" pretty loud.
