wiring issue

my ignition wont turn all the way off. i turn the key back, take it out but my radio doesn't turn off. the ignition basically stays in the first position. then it gets weird.. if i hit the brake pedal it all turns off. if i let off the pedal it comes back on.. i have to disconnect my battery to turn my radio off and i cant lock my car because its not recognizing the key is out of it.

so yeah, ummmmmmm wtf?!?!?!
