Light out dash display help

Is it a common issue with the E34s displaying lights out when the lights are still on? Any fixes for this?

Not sure what you're asking. Is your E34 telling you something on the dashboard? Are the lights out on your instrument cluster? OBC? HVAC?

Dash is displaying a tail light out and a fog light out but the lights are physically on

Do a subforum search for "LKM."

I agree that a LKM causes funny errors.Also check to see what light bulb/fog light bulb your using.Silver based bulbs instead of gold(just color,not actual silver or gold)can send fault codes.Be sure to use the right amp/volt bulbs and check for good contacts.
