OMG! Folks I just had the ride of my life....well not really but. So I'm heading down the HWY at roughly 83-88mph and all of a sudden I hear this (very hard to describe but I'll try) "BUFF, WHZZZLLLZLZLZ" busted tire / axle noise and the A$$ end of my 325 drops!

Fortunately I was like 3 miles away from my house... When I got home I get to looking around.. Nothing obvious, until I look under the rear end... OIL EVERY WHERE! WTH:confused so I takes me a taste, "Thats not what I think it is.." anyway, so my shocks blew, literally BLEW out in the middle of the highway.... oh well, so I'm not going to let this ruin my day, I'm sure BMW is going to ask for both of arms. So I'm going to take this op to convince my wife I need to get some coilovers... :D This shouldn't be that big of a task, from the looks of it... 2hrs tops. Has anyone changed out their shocks, or have any recommendations just incase I gotta put off the coil-overs?

Wow what have you been jumping your car off of to make this happen? That's crazy....both went at the same time???

Just had these beauties fitted, most impressed. Not cheap though!

Aren't you supposed to start dragging your a$$ once you get to Washington, DC? My fuel pump started acting up as I neared DC on 495. It's trying to just fit in. ;)
