I'm replacing the carpet set in my 633csi, already removed almost everything on the interior - not too hard.
The only piece I haven't removed is the back piece around the speaker pods. Any idea how to get it out? This is the only piece I don't have to replace but wanted to take out to dye it since it is fading.
How do I disconnect the seat belts, the pods, etc? Any help is appreciated.

Pods come apart with philips screws. Open the hinge, there are screws inside. Disconnect the speakers first. The rear seats need to come out to unfasten the headrest panel (area where headrests would be) IIRC the bucket seats are held in by a couple fasteners below the seat fronts, you may have to fold back a little tab in the carpet. They slide in place. once unfastened, you have to slide them out.
Center brake light needs to come out. There are visible screws, but the angle makes it difficult to get a screwdriver on them.

The brake light comes out with the rear deck if you have one. There is a connector that you undo behind it. If you undo the 17mm bolt that holds the seatbelt on and pull off the belt guides, you can fit the belt through the rear deck. The deck it self just pops off, be carefull, there are plastic fastners and they become brittle with age.
