I need a silicone coupler that will fit on the throttle body... approx 2.9" ID. Any ideas? 3" seems too loose to be reliable. My charge tubing will probably be 2.5". Thanks! :edit: And I don't want ICV provisions.

You can always plug the ports if you don't want to use them.

Yeah, I saw yours but am trying to avoid buying it (no offense) since it's both expensive for a boot, has the nipples, and it looks like it necks out to 3" where as my charge tubing is only 2.5". I'll go that route if I can't get a normal 3" boot to seal. I may very well be buying your fuel rail though :) Slight thread jack... what size injectors does it take? The M52/M54 ones?

OEM injectors from the M50, M52, etc will fit just fine. Some..but not all of the Bosch EV14 skinny injectors will need a small spacer on the bottom, but that would be the case with any fuel rail they use on our car.

hmm.. I swear the M50 injectors are larger. I had to order spacers to make the larger model injectors fit? I'd prefer to avoid running spacers, but I have them already so I guess it's not big deal.

M50 injector on the right, M54 injector (should be) on middle with spacer, and M54 on left without spacer.
The middle injector with it's spacer should fit without any other spacers. The M50 injector will of course fit.
Spacers are very commonly used these days.

Rallyroad I will be buying one of your gauge pod holders.
www.Siliconeintakes.com is your friend for generic silicone couplers though.

X2 for siliconeintakes.com. Get a 2.75 for the TB side, it fits perfectly.

Update: I ordered t-bolt clamps & a couple couplers from siliconeintakes.com. They shipped promptly I received my order today. Everything appears to be of good quality and the 2.75" to 2.5" 90 degree coupler BARELY fits on the TB, but it does fit. Time to get this show on the road!
