Gatherings in S.F, Bay Area????????

Are there ever gatherings or events in the San Francisco Bay Area? I know there are quite a few rice events, usually in the Silicon Valley/Fremont area. The only ones I've been to are the Solo 2 events (autocrosses).

I wish there were more meets in the Bay Area as well... Compared to most other places, meetings here are rare. There is one happening this Sunday, December the 9th.
