I installed new water pump , new radiator, new thermostat cleaned my engine bay changed oil housing gasket and O-ring and cleaned all the pulleys rebuild alternator.. Everything was done nice and neat and beautiful.. After all replacements were done .. Changed the oil.

I mixed blue BMW antifreeze with water just like instruction said and pored it into expansion tank. Put heat on all the way and let all the air out and the heat was coming out nice and a hot I made sure there was no air left in a system, and expansion tank was full to the limit.. I closed the cap down everything was fine .. Then all over a sudden it started raising up and coming out through the cap and poring out!! So my next theory was that the cap was bad . I went out and bought a new one .. Same situation happened . After 30 min or so it started doing the same thing! While the electrical fan was on! And it still was poring out .. Then I removed the thermostat and installed the housing to see if there is circulation.. And it started to over heat after 30 min or so. So I figured the circulation is messed up and it's water pump, when I removed the water pump it was fine!!!! WTF is going on????? .. I'm very irritated and stressed out. I spend a lot of time trying to figure out the problem ... Please any idea????? I forgot to mention its 318is M44

Bump!!!!!!!!

By "full to the limit" do you mean the 'Kalt' line or all the way to the top? Something ain't right, with all those new parts and no air in the system it should be cool as a cucumber.

I know ! I don't know wtf is going on.. I'm so pissed off .. I'm gonna do this again tomorrow.. Flush everything, put everything back and change the temperature switch.. Maybe that's an issue.. Any other solutions ????

Did you make sure you installed the thermostat with the little arrow facing up?

thermostat is not opening. Happened on my first car when i bought a crappy thermostat. All the antifreeze went into the overflow

His brand new crappy thermostat was brand new as well. Is the thermostat you bought OEM?

He ran it without the thermostat too and IIRC M44 stats can only go in one way.

Easy to test if the thermostat is the problem...try running it without the thermostat.

"BMW blue antifreeze mixed with water " I sure you using distilled water. Test the thermostat by placing in a pot of hot water with a thermometer in should open at the stamped temperature. Just my .02
