Guys Ive been having fuel trim issues after I installed my RMS Stage 2 S/C kit. Im running AA software, 42lb Bosch injectors, 803hfm, 6" crank and 3.25" blower pulley.

These errors come about after about 35 miles of driving. I keep clearing them and clearing the adapation with INPA. Ive checked the O2 sensor wiring which is good. My next try is to check the fuel pressure to see its related to this. With the assistance of Marco (whos been there every step), he advised me to get a smoke test done to determine if there are any vac/boost leaks. Its hard for me to try and find someone in my area who has this machine so before I check the fuel pressure, I figured Id post up and see what if you other guys have had any issues like this and what else it could be.

I dont care about the CEL that keeps coming up but I need to keep it off so I can pass my NYS emmission inspection coming up by the end of this month.

Resolved - air leaks under manifold

Battery voltage 17.95? Hmm.. Not right. But as far as fuel trims, I definitely recommend a smoke machine. It's probably a simple vacuum leak.

I agree on checking the fuel pressure. Autozone may rent a tester if you do not have one or cannot borrow one. Get the pressures at idle, at 0 boost and 0 vacuum, and at full boost.

Air leaks are not uncommon when sorting out a forced induction car. Could be a bad gasket for an M50 intake manifold runner, a split ICV hose, a disconnected vacuum hose, a leaking bypass valve hose, a loose supercharger plumbing clamp, etc. It can take a while to find the problems.

What are the AFR? Rich or lean?
