Would look better if it had the correct badge on the back.

I HATE pics at an angle, that's a huge "no-no" in photography. Anyhow, the car looks good.

First: GET RID of the ridiculous M3 badge!!!! :rolleyes

Second: Congrats! I myself have a 99' 328i, Avus Blue / Tan and a hardtop. Great combo! :D

was alot lower but the roads are shocking around where i live and it rubs to much on the rears and wrecks tires..

m3 badge was on there when i bought it!! took it off as i wanted the clean look with no badges on the back but where the sun has played its part on the paintwork you could still see it anyway so id rather it be back on there than look like i have a faded bootlid...

and as for "angled photo's" im no photographer haha.... they were took on my iphone and this was the only way to get the whole car in the shot :)

Eh. I'd still have to find some way to get rid of it. At least you tried to take it off I guess.

The car does look great. I just had to bust your balls about the badge.

might swap it out for an m5 badge... hahahaha, il get it off when it goes in to the bodyshop to be mopped before the summer :nutz:they seem to think the mark its left will come out with a good mop..

Lovely car; a friend of mine also has a e36 vert with a hard top ... I honestly think it looks better than a coupe!

As for the badge ... Had the issue when i tried to debadge my 318 except i had like yellowing under it so i had to put it back. That said, id probably just have a body ahop respray the back of the boot lid .. Given how new your paint looks it should be no problem to match it perfect.

If you're worried about a paint shade difference, why not put on the original '328i' emblem? I installed a badge from an E46 on my car. I like that it is smaller and cleaner looking then the E36 version. I ended up with a sleeker custom look but am still being honest about what my car is. I thought about debadging (as I always do that with my cars) but a debadged 3-Series just screams base model / 318i to me, not that those are terrible cars or anything of that nature. Either version, it's better then a total model lie. Here is my car with the E46 emblem.

Sweet ride! I also love the hard-top. I have an arctic silver 328ic with matching hard-top...cant get enough of it

Yeah im the same love the hardtop.... this is my 2nd hard top cab now, i think they handle so much better with the hardtop on yet you get the benefits of having the front and rear windows down, in my opinion they look so much nicer than the coupe (which is still a very nice looking car :) ) mine's on M3 KW adjustable coilovers all round so its pretty stiff already but im thinking about strut bracing it ready for the summer when the top comes off and but in the garage until the rain returns :) just keep it nice and tight, not sure if putting m3 anti roll bars will make much difference..??

For double DIN, consider the forthcoming Android double DIN. it's about 2" deep.

Those seats look fabulous! Love the colour too. Don't know if I like the colour of the bolts on the wheels though, feels like there's too many colours going on at once.

Ive had this headunit for ages i bought it for a previous car and since then its just been sitting in the box, i knew they required quite abit of work to get them into the e36's but one day last week i thought id do the fabrication to get it in :)
