Hey Mike did not want to jack the thread on rear ends - first time I'd had seen you post for a while...hope your little project is still on tract.....:D:D

This guy has had his Miata running for about a year with the LS1.....he needed more so he added the turbo.. No more room under the hood so he went to the remote location at the rear end. He is a young guy from Dallas - only down side he does a lot of street racing over there....at a recent dyno session it showed 550 rwhp and 555 torque. I was impressed by the numbers myself - remember this in in a 2300 lb Miata like mine with the Ford 302.

The engine bay picture, I'm guessing that's before the turbo was installed?

edited the first post pic to a newer version showing the intake tube going down on the passenger side...

He has since painted the the flat black also -why I don't know.....

The more pics the better haha. Very cool setup though, I love to see innovation with forced induction.
